As a leading aluminum die casting manufacturer, we treat each of our customers’ demands differently. We have a one-on-one conversation with you to discuss your project, including your pain points and desires.
With 20+ years of experience, during which several projects have been completed, we’ve gained a wealth of knowledge on how best to help you in handling all kinds of aluminum casting. Also, you benefit from a broad range of basic services, such as tool making, design, and engineering, as well as secondary operations like trimming, vibratory deburring, CNC machining, heat treating, and custom finishing.
Aluminum is lightweight yet has high strength and rigidity. It’s capable of resisting higher operating temperatures than all other die casting material. Also, it is resistant to corrosion, has high thermal & electrical conductivity, and offers more surface finishing options than any other die casting material.
Aluminum also has EMI/RFI shielding properties and is fully recyclable. Its relatively low weight and capability to resist high temperatures make it applicable in many industries, such as automotive, computing, electrical, and telecom.
Alloy | Common Usage |
---|---|
Alloy A380 | This is the most commonly used aluminum alloy as it offers the best combination of casting, mechanical, and thermal properties. It’s easy to produce and used across many applications, like engine brackets, electronic & communication equipment, furniture components, power tools, etc. |
Alloy 383 | It’s used as an alternative material to A380 in making intricate parts that requires improved die casting characteristics. Alloy 383 provides higher resistance to hot cracking, better resistance to corrosion, improved dimensional stability, and great mechanical properties. |
Alloy A413 | This material possesses excellent fluidity and high capacity to withstand hot cracking. This makes it useful for making numerous products, especially intricate components. |
Alloy B390 | Silicone and copper are added to this alloy for greater casting fluidity, lower melting temperature, and increased strength. Mainly used in automotive engine blocks, die cast valve bodies, and compressor housings in pistons, it offers extreme hardness and excellent resistance to wear. |
Zinc Alloy ZA-27 | Silicone and copper are added to this alloy for greater casting fluidity, lower melting temperature, and increased strength. Mainly used in automotive engine blocks, die cast valve bodies, and compressor housings in pistons, it offers extreme hardness and excellent resistance to wear. |
